All year long we practice happiness habits at school which allow us to improve our mindset and our day.  Some of the happiness tactics we practice on the regular include Three Gratitudes (share gratitudes with someone) , Fun 15 (15 minutes of exercise), The Doubler (journaling or talking about exciting past experiences), Random Acts of Kindness, and Mindful Meditation.
